Expertly crafted using our extensive engineering knowledge and artistry, this series consists of the NAC S1 preamplifier and NAP S1 mono power amplifiers, designed to deliver pure and unparalleled musical performance.

The team started with a blank piece of paper and a vision. They mapped out the product using 3D computer models to confirm the best position for each component. This innovative approach resulted in a new vertical structure that reduces electromagnetic and mechanical interference while maximising thermal performance.

The Statement represents the ultimate expression of the Naim Audio aesthetic. The monolithic structure is impressive, with its stark silhouette balanced by the heat sink's sculptural flow and the beautifully lit volume control and central divide. This duality in the design mirrors how our pursuit of technical brilliance is always rooted in the abstract human experience of music.

The NAC S1 and NAP S1 share the same fundamental layout. The power supply, which tends to be noisy, is located at the bottom, while the delicate electronics are situated on top. An acrylic centerpiece is used to separate the two, preventing any interaction. The top section of electronics is further divided into internal chambers, which isolate individual stages.

The NAP S1 is a new amplifier that features a bridged dual design with zero global feedback. The two stages of the amplifier are physically separated to optimise its performance. The voltage stage is located at the very top of the power amplifier, while the current stage is at the bottom. Each mono power amplifier has a large 4000 VA transformer that provides precisely 746 W (into 8 ohms) to power the speakers. The Statement is a significant leap forward in technology and design. It has been engineered from the ground up to deliver pure musical performance.
